Amazon におけるリーダーシップの 16 ヶ条ってところですか。

とくに好きなのは「Disagree and Commit」ってやつで、決まるまでの過程においては反対意思も含めた自分の意見をちゃんと表明して、その上で、決まることが決まったら推進をやっていく。これを実践できている人はかっこいいな、と思うので自分も実践レベルを高めていきたい。逆に「まともに意見を述べずに、決まったことに文句を言い続ける」はダサく感じるってこと。
